Presidential Candidate and Founder of Liberal Party Ghana, Percival Kofi Akpalu, says 90% of Ghanaians, especially the youth prefer being given money, to acquiring knowledge in making money. In an interview on Movement In The Morning, with Kwaku Dawuro, on Movement TV/Wontumi radio, Mr Akpalu lamented on how most Ghanaian youth are spendthrifts.
