American rapper and philanthropist Ja Rule is back in Ghana, reaffirming his commitment to education ahead of the commissioning of a six-unit classroom block for Nuaso Anglican Primary School in the Eastern Region. The project, which he initiated last year in partnership with the non-profit organisation Pencils of Promise (PoP), aims to improve learning conditions for young students.
