Bribing Can Never Be Effective In Parliament- Hon. Appiah-Kubi

The Member of Parliament for Asante Akim North, Andy Kwame Appiah-Kubi, has said that bribe can never be effective in Parliament. Refuting allegations of Parliamentarians taking bribe to influence their decision on certain bills, he noted that he simply do not understand why such allegations could be levelled against the lawmakers. "Who takes the bribe and who gives it out? Does the bribe change the position or stance of any Parliamentarian?" He asked.
