Ghana, the Chair of the Vulnerable Twenty (V20) Group of Finance Ministers of the Climate Vulnerable Forum, has called on World Leaders to develop a fit-for-climate financial scheme to address climate issues. Such efforts will help scale up responses to climate adaptation and mitigation measures for vulnerable countries.
