The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has begun deploying its technicians to homes as some customers have complained about technical challenges since the implementation of the new tariffs on Thursday, September 1. According to the Company, it has noticed that prepaid meters BOT, ALPHA and E-CASH are not responding accurately to power purchased by customers.
