A university lecturer, Dr. Osei Bonsu, has advised former President John Mahama to put a stop to his propaganda strategy and start researching on topics before commenting on them. Dr. Osei Bonsu in an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show listed the promise to scrap the payment of ex-gratia by the former President as one of the “propaganda” talk which shouldn’t be trusted by Ghanaians.
