A Presidential Staffer at the office of the President, Alexander Martey, has said the dollar black market is an indentation on Ghana's  economic management skills. A presidential staffer at the office of the President, Alexander Leonel Martey, has reacted to some assertions levelled against the Government by the communications Director of the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi who said the government has plunged the country into economic hardship due to it's mismanagement.
