Suspension Of Benchmark Value Reversal: Akufo- Addo Is A Listening President- GUTA Lauds
The Ghana Union of Traders Association (GUTA) has expressed its appreciation to President Akufo- Addo for directing the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) to suspend the Benchmark Value Reversal.
In an interview with Oheneba Nana Asiedu on Wontumi Radio Morning Show on Monday, January 10, the National Vice Chairman of GUTA, Clement Boateng added that the NPP government is a listening government.
“President Nana Addo is a listening President,” he emphasized.
He said, the ruling Party addresses the concerns of citizens.
Clement Boateng indicated that GUTA from day one criticized the Benchmark Value Reversal that there wasn’t a broader consultation.
The National Vice Chairman stressed that GUTA doesn’t oppose industrialization.
“The development of a country lies squarely on industrialization but the industrialization is done step by step,” he said.
