A communicator for the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Agyemang, has expressed concern over the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) alleged attempt to shut down some media stations in Ghana, particularly those with a political focus.
Speaking on Wontumi’s morning show, Agyemang emphasized that the media should not tolerate such actions, as an attempt to guard the NPP is essentially an attempt to guard the media.
Agyemang accused President Mahama of creating a strategy to collaborate with Burkina Faso, potentially undermining Ghana’s interests. He urged President Mahama to focus on his service and stop being hypocritical to the country. Agyemang also encouraged NPP members to raise their voices and speak out against the NDC’s alleged attacks.
In a bold statement, Agyemang assured that the NPP would respond in kind if the NDC uses AI to edit and tarnish the images of NPP members, including Nana Addo and Samira Bawumia. Agyemang concluded by questioning President Mahama’s truthfulness, citing his unfulfilled promise to discharge judicial service officials affiliated with the NPP.
