The communications director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the Adenta Constituency, Stephen Kwasi Acquah has told the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to stop making noise about the four structured e-block schools they built.
In the NDC’s 2012 manifesto, former President Mahama promised he will build 200 day schools, saying he would build 50 during his 4 year tenure. However, President Akufo-Addo has built 2,729 classrooms accommodating about 109,160 pupils.
Speaking on the above Stephen Acquah said ”which government can invest in free SHS and still go ahead to build roads? They should stop the noise they are making on the four structured e-block. The structure has a one block building for head teachers, a story building bungalow for teachers, the e-block itself and dinning. Just look at the Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM) Schools that are being built by President Nana Addo- Just one of it is equivalent to 10 e-blocks’’.
He went on to say that the school at Abomoso is more than a University.
“In the history of Ghana’s politics, every Ghanaian one way or the other has benefited from NPP’s administration. No one can say that they have not benefited from any of the initiatives. The introduction of the 1 district 1 ambulance alone has created 1000 jobs for Ghanaians’’, he stated.
He applauded President Akufo-Addo for the magnificent STEM building at Abomoso.
“The ultramodern STEM school at Abomoso located in the Atiwa West District in the Eastern Region of Ghana, is one of the best school edifice and we can boost that the Nana Akuffo Addo is a visionary leader”, he indicated.
