The Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso Constituency, Hon. Dr. Stephen Amoah, has stated that minority MPs in Parliament are using the Speaker to move Ghana backwards.
In an interview on Wontumi TV on Saturday, the Dr. Amoah explained that the NDC MPs were relying on their numbers in parliament and the Speaker, Alban Bagbin to create chaos.
“They have an agenda to move the nation backwards. They were the same people saying that Ghanaians were suffering and more taxes have to be abolished. When the road minister made the move to remove the road tolls, the NDC went to speaker and said it should be brought back. Do you think they want Ghanaians to be free from hardship?” Dr. Stephen Amoah said.
