Lawyer Ralph Agyapong has advised President Akufo-Addo to pay keen attention to appointees assigned various role to serve in his government.
Speaking on Movement In The Morning show which airs on Movement TV, he indicated that some appointees serving currently are not experienced enough for the role given to them; leading to unproductivity and waste of resources.
“When we get power, we appoint people who sat on radio to discuss the party during campaigns and we think they can do the job because they are party faithful’s. But when they get the chance to lead, they only to show off and boss around”, he said.
He stressed that the country’s biggest problem is the wrong people who are appointed. He added that, for the country to develop, there is the need to assign the jobs to the right people.
