Sim Card Registration Exercise Extended To 31st July
The Ministry of Communications and Digitalization have extended the sim card registration exercise which was to end this month to 31st July.
According to the Communications Ministry, as of 17th March, 14, 091,542 sim cards have been linked to the Ghana card.
In a press statement signed by the sector Minister, Hon. Ursula Owusu- Ekuful, and captured by wontumionline.com, said because over 7.5 million citizens and residents are yet to obtain the Ghana card the deadline for the registration cannot be met.
