Sacking Adwoa Safo Will Have Dire Effect On The NPP- Obiri Yeboah (VIDEO)

A member of Hon. Sarah Adwoa Safo’s Campaign team, David Obiri-Yeboah has hinted that should the Dome-Kwabenya MP’s seat be declared vacant in Parliament, it will be dire for the party.

According to him, Adwoa alone has about 10,000 delegates in the Dome-Kwabenya constituency, who are members of Adwoa Safo father’s church and hence anything against Adwoa Safo will automatically affect these delegates too.

Speaking in an interview on phone with Kwaku Dawuro, he said that ”If you think she’s annoying and therefore you will want to sack her, take note that she’s not the only person you’re sacking, for some of us we will continue to work hard for the party as die-hard fans even in her absence but I can’t say the same for everyone. If you have NDC party which is willing to win power and you are sacking the sitting member of Parliament who has much love in the constituency, you should know that it has dire effect. The constituents are even divided. Do you know who the replacement is? Do you know the kind of person that person is?”

“In any case, even if Adwoa Safo runs for primaries today, she will win massively. She’s a third term member of Parliament, we never witnessed anything as such, therefore we should know that this is not normal”, he added.

Stressing that Adwoa Safo hasn’t resigned from the party because she’s still a bonafide member of the party.
