Workers must always respect the decisions of their employers without any kind of subversion or discourse especially decisions from the presidency.
Though I am depressed seriously taking care of my sick daughter but I cannot keep quiet over the inveterate attitude of some workers of Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital rioting over the appointment of newly CEO which action is baseless and inanity of purpose.
Which statute in this country states that if the president is appointing a CEO to man the general affairs of KATH any such person must be a worker of KATH – WHAT KIND OF SILLINESS BEDEVILING GHANA OF LATE? Standing against the decision of your employer who pays you? Is only Ghana this nonsense will happen.
Let me ask this question, how many workers of KATH are indigents of Bantama the community within which KATH is situated?
How many indigents of Bantama are workers of KATH?
When have indigents of Bantama rising against non indigents of Bantama working at Kate? They own the land and that Kath belongs to them if they are quiet who are you to stand against the president’s appointment of a non KATH worker as CEO?
If per their own analogy that a worker of KATH must be appointed as CEO then the best people to work at KATH are indigents of Bantama – if you are not indigent of Bantama you do not deserve to work at KATH prepare to be sacked.
Let me by this write up appeal to the president to start sacking workers who always wage WE DO NOT LIKE HIM obstruction against his decision because the ultimate power of appointment and disappointment vested in the chest of the president.
My professional advise to those KATH workers agitating to disagree with the president’s decision should better vacate and abdicate their employment because nothing could they do to stop the president’s constitutional mandate
YOU BETTER QUIT OR SHUT UP ANY KATH WORKER WHO CONTINUES TO ATTACK THE PRESIDENT’S DECISION SHALL SEE THE EXIT.
