The Office of the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has sent a heartfelt message to the Rawlings’, following the death of late former President Jerry John Rawlings.
In a short message copied to Wontumionline.com shortly after news emerged the former President had passed on, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, consoled his family by quoting Romans 14:8 which states that :If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.
Chairman Wontumi continued that the former late President is a man worth emulating and his demise would leave a huge void in the history of Ghana.
Ghana’s former President, Jerry John Rawlings has kicked the bucket.
Information reaching Wontumionline.com indicates that the former military leader is reported to have died on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
