(PICTURES) Dr. Kwabena Kokofu Fetes Elderly Women On New Year’s Day
Executive Director of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Dr. Henry Kwabena Kokofu has showed love to elderly women on New Year’s Day.
The gesture was in memory of his late mother who passed to eternity in 2021.
The event brought together a lot of women to the Mount Olivet Presbyterian Church at Amanokrom – Akwapim in the Eastern Region.
The elderly women took home food stuffs including chicken and bags of rice.
Dr. Kokofu in a brief statement said the occasion was in memory of his late mother.
He underscored the importance of women in the society adding that the elderly must be taken care of always.
The women beneficiaries were happy for the gesture extended to them by Dr. Kwabena Kokofu.
