The Ashanti regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi got mobbed at a local barber shop at Kumawu.
In the company of his 2nd Vice Chairman, Mrs. Victoria Nyarko Owusu Achiaw, Chairman Wontumi’s presence attracted a lot of crowd into the shop where he had entered to get his hair trimmed.
Prior to his visit to the barber shop, Chairman Wontumi has made it clear that he has left behind his mansions and relocated to Kumawu to ensure Ernest Yaw Anim wins the impending by election.
Chairman Wontumi is on record to have said on Movement TV that “I now stay at Kumawu and as we speak I am with the candidate and Constituency Chairman on our way to church”.
“NPP will win massively in the area come May 23rd, Anim will win as MP for Kumawu”, he said.
