The outcome of the New Patriotic Party’s parliamentary elections has brought headache upon the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Professor Smart Sarpong has observed.
The election analyst in an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show, stated that the decision by NPP delegates to either retain or vote out some parliamentary candidates, has changed the dogma the NDC had prior to the elections.
“The decisions the delegates took have changed things in the board room of the NDC. They were confident of winning some seats only for delegates to change their parliamentary candidates”, he said.
The elections were organised in constituencies where the NPP has sitting Members of Parliament (MPs) and were supervised by the Electoral Commission (EC).
