The Electoral Commission of Ghana has issued a statement indicating that electoral officers who tampered with the Presidential ballot papers have been arrested.
In the early hours of voting, news went rife that some persons who had been tasked with managing the electoral process, had tampered with ballot papers.
In release copied to Wontumionline.com, the EC stated that it will ensure the culprits are prosecuted and dealt with by the law.
