As the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) gears up for its parliamentary primaries to elect potential candidates to represent the party at the constituency level, the Nkoranza North Chairman of the NPP, Emmanuel Amofa-Adjei has said that the easiest and cheapest seat the party could reclaim in 2024 election in the Bono East is the Nkoranza North .
“In the whole of the Bono East Region, the easiest and cheapest seat to win for the NPP is Nkoranza North so the executives are very much determined to make this a reality.” He boasted.
Mr Amofa-Adjei has therefore pledged his total commitment to ensuring that the elephant Party wins the Nkoranza North parliamentary seat in the next Election.
He further noted the Party stands a good chance to chalk other impressive wins, not only in Nkoranza , but in the other constituencies in the Bono East as well.
Speaking on Wontumi TV/Radio Privilege morning show in Kumasi, the chairman however, called for unity and strong collaboration among party members as well as team work to reclaim the Nkoranza North seat from the NDC.
“We need unity to win back the seat. In view of this the constituency executives have met all the aspirants; the council of elders of the party have also met them so we hope for the best. So far everything is moving smoothly.” Mr Amofa assured.
He added the President, Nana Ado-Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s government has laid a solid foundation in terms of infrastructural al development that is very commendable, a feature which makes it easier to market the NPP.
According to Mr Amofa-Adjei, the good people of Nkoranza are witnesses to all the successes chalked by the ruling party and are therefore ready to buy into whatever message the NPP would craft around these achievements to woo the electorate
