The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has debunked claims that a campaign convoy belonging to his party was hooted at and chased out of a town in Ashanti region.
In a video whcih was circulated on social media, some residents of Patakro in the Adansi North District of the Ashanti region, were captured hooting at and chasing out a convoy of party-branded vehicles belonging to the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Fomena Constituency, Philip Ofori Asante.
But in an interview on the Security Tips Show which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, the NPP Chairman popularly known as Chairman Wontumi described the video as “a propaganda video”.
