No Party Is Bigger In IPAC- LPG Fumes At NDC
The Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG) has vehemently registered its displeasure on a statement made by the NDC on IPAC meetings.
According to the NDC, parties without parliamentary seats must not have the same voting rights as those with seats during Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meetings.
The Leader of the LPG, Kofi Akpaloo reminded the NDC there is no bigger political party in the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC).
In an interview on Wontumi Radio/TV Morning Show, he fumed that the NDC should come again to clear itself on that unfounded comments.
“We go to IPAC to deliberate on upcoming elections. In the 2024 elections I, Kofi Akpaloo will be President, how will NDC know the votes each party will obtain?” he asked.
Kofi Akpaloo stressed that the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC), Jean Mensah didn’t register the political parties.
“The political parties were registered under the NDC era so what are they talking about?” Kofi Akpaloo further asked.
