A lecturer at Kumasi Technical University, Dr. Fokuo, has indicated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) prioritizes its party interests over Ghana’s development.
According to Dr. Fokuo, the NDC’s focus is on advancing its own agenda rather than the nation’s progress.
Speaking on Wontumi Morning Show with Oheneba Asiedu, Dr. Fokuo emphasized that the NDC’s interest is paramount, superseding Ghana’s development. He cautioned Ghanaians to be vigilant, implying that the NDC’s priorities may not align with the nation’s best interests.
Dr. Fokuo also addressed the internal conflicts within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), urging members to forgive each other and focus on the party’s development. He noted that the infighting and complaints among NPP members are counterproductive, hindering the party’s progress.
“The anger was too much, and they put it on the wrong person,” Dr. Fokuo observed, highlighting the need for NPP members to redirect their energy towards the party’s growth.
Dr. Fokuo concluded by stressing that the country’s development is inextricably linked to the NPP’s development. He urged NPP members to prioritize unity and forgiveness, working collectively towards the party’s advancement and, by extension, the nation’s progress.
