NDC Will Experience Its Heaviest Ever Defeat In 2020 Elections – Gomoa West DCE
Hon. Bismark Baisie Nkum, The District Chief Executive of Gomoa West, has predicted that, the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) would experience its heaviest ever defeat in elections come December 7.
He explained that, the achievements of Nana Akufo-Addo’s government has chalked coupled with the massive campaign the NPP is embarking on will make the NDC record its heaviest electoral defeat ever
According to Hon. Nkum, who is also the President of NALAG, the people of Gomoa West have acknowledged with joy the development trend in the area in the first term of Nana Akufo-Addo’s administration.
“There is a vast difference between the achievements of the NPP in just three years and nine months rule and that of NDC’s eight years.” He told Oheneba Nana Asiedu on Wontumi Radio/TV’s Election 2020 programme
According to him, “the people of Gomoa West are therefore poised to vote massively for Nana Akufo-Addo.”
Hon. Nkum revealed that per a research and the opinion polls conducted about 60/62% of the people in her District are willing to vote for Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the area.
The Gomoa West DCE noted that, the NDC have annexed the Parliamentary seat the area since the last 20 years and thus, consider the Gomoa West as their stronghold
But Hon. Nkum emphatically stated that, the area will now become a waterloo for the NDC this time around because they will lose both Presidential election and the Parliamentary seat in the area.
