NDC MPs Wanted To Beat Speaker Of Parliament- MP For Fanteakwa South

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Fanteakwa South, Kofi Okyere Agyekum, has shockingly revealed that MPs on the side of the National Democratic Congress nearly beat the deputy Speaker of Parliament. 

Hon. Kofi Okyere Agyekum, revealed on Wontumi TV that the NDC MP for Ashaiman, Ernest Henry Norgbey, went as far as kicking the chair the deputy Speaker of Parliament, Joe Osei-Wusu was seated on in a violent way. 

They wanted to beat the Speaker. The Ashaiman MP went to drag the Speaker’s chair and threw it away”, Hon. Agyekum said.  

He continued that “they (NDC MPs) wanted to hurt the Speaker, when he (Speaker) suspended seating, they rushed to hurt him”. 

He described the NDC MPs as bunch of “violent” people.
