A report by the research team of the New Patriotic Party has shown that the National Democratic Congress has managed to fix a number of their party members in the set up of the Electoral Commission and created problem for the ruling government, Mr. Thomas Kusi Boafo has revealed.
Speaking on the State of Ghana show which airs on Wontumi TV, the CEO of Public Sector Reforms, stated that until the NPP fish out the partisan EC officials, the NDC would continue attacking the top hierarchy of the commission and causing damage whilst protecting their members in the same set up.
He added that the findings were contained in a report of the NPP and the effect nearly cost the party the 2020 election.
Mr. Boafo further stated that the NDC used the same strategy to get the current Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Alban Bagbin elected as new Speaker.
