Mr. Thomas Kusi Boafo has likened the incompetence of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to that of men suffering from erectile dysfunction.
The head of Public Sector Reforms in an interview on Wontumi TV which was monitored by Movementtvonline.com, stated that the excesses of COVID 19 and wave of coup d’etat happening in other West African countries, is making the NDC feel like they are potent to return to political power when indeed they are suffering from “erectile dysfunction”.
“All lazy, incompetent and the most incompetent of all opposition political parties have started lacing their boots. Including the very unpalatable coup making across… so because of Covid, such impotent men are now acting like impotent men ready to impregnate a woman. They want to test their potency”, he said.
He therefore appealed to Ghanaians to accept the e-levy proposal tabled by the government of President Akufo-Addo noting that “without e-levy, Ghana will start negotiation to enter IMF in July and by September, Ghana will be in the IMF and the conditions would be the harshest.”
He explained that 15% of Ghanaian workers would be laid off if we enter into an agreement with the IMF.
“We don’t have the alternatives, the way forward is very dark without e-levy. We must do the bravest thing in life. We are capable of redeeming ourselves”, Mr. Thomas Kusi Boafo said.
