The decision by the Akufo-Addo led government to seek financial bailout from the IMF, can’t be used as a campaign by the National Democratic Congress (NDC), a private legal practitioner has warned.
Lawyer William Kusi, stated on Wontumi TV that the government of President Akufo-Addo, hasn’t failed in managing Ghana’s economy and for that reason, people shouldn’t tag his administration as a failed one.
He directly cautioned the NDC not to rely on government’s engagement with the IMF as a tool for campaign.
“It is not a campaign tool for you, you dare not go there”, he said to members of the NDC.
The Akufo-Addo government according to Lawyer William Kusi, has sometime on its hand to change things around but cautioned that “government needs to fire some and put some in place”.
