My “Eat At Your Own Risk” Tweet Was Childish – Efia Odo Apologises

Ghanaian socialite Efia Odo has acknowledged that her tweet after she quit her job at Eats Avenue was childish.

She explains that she made the comment from a place of anger and regrets putting that tweet out.

The former television personality who was speaking on Bants and Rants indicated that she decided to quit her role because of the sour comments people were making about her.

“Eat at your own risk meant now I’m not there. Obviously I moved with emotions, it is something I shouldn’t have tweeted. Like you said, people who are going there because of me will now say Efia Odo says eat at your own risk, What is she trying to say? Obviously, that is something I shouldn’t have done.

Looking back at it now, it was very childish of me but it was more like I am not there and if anything happens it’s your own risk. Let’s say you get a wrong order. Normally people are coming to me in my DMs because I am doing a lot of the PR so it was more of if you have problems don’t come to me.

People were saying that Medikal’s manager came there, and my co-owner saw me chopping the guy at the restaurant. Like how? First of all, I am very sociable with my customers. I flirt with males and females just so you know I like people, and I’m very sociable because the more I flirt, the more they spend,” she said.

Background

After Efia Odo left Eats Avenue as Chief Executive Officer, she in a tweet told her followers that they eat at the restaurant at their own risk.
