Following the formal announcement of nominees for Metropolitan, Municipal and District Executives (MMDCEs) positions, Stephen Atugiba has chipped in that the government of President Akufo-Addo rewards loyalty than the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
“NPP rewards loyalty than NDC”, Stephen Atugiba said on Wontumi TV in an interview with Oheneba Asiedu.
He urged his former political party the NDC, to learn from the NPP how to reward loyalty noting that it helps to maintain a healthy relationship in any party.
He added that because the NPP does better than the NDC when it comes to rewarding loyalty, it makes their party structure stronger- which he claims, makes them win elections even when they have performed badly in government.
The MMDCEs announcement was made on Sunday, September 19 by Dan Botwe, the Minister for Local Government, when he spoke at a Ministry of Information press briefing in Accra.
