Kwaku Dawuro is calling on President John Mahama to render an apology to former President Nana Akufo-Addo for calling him a clearing agent.
The popular TV and Radio broadcaster with Movement TV and Wontumi Radio described President Mahama as a “chief clearing agent”.
Making the comment on the Wednesday, February 5, 2025 edition of Movement in the Morning Show, the host noted that the current Attorney General Dominic Ayine has shown he was going to free all apparatchiks of the NDC who have pending cases before the court.
“The new attorney general has given an indication he is considering thrashing out the Saglemi case of Hon. Collins Duada before the High Court”, he said.
Upon assuming office, the first thing the Mahama led government according to Kwaku Dawuro did, was to free Dr. Opuni, Seidu Adongo, Dr. Johnson Asiamah and some others.
Based on the above, he maintained that he thinks President John Mahama owes his predecessor an apology.
“He (Mahama) must apologise to Nana Akufo-Addo for calling him a clearing agent”, he said.
