Let’s Not Discuss Our National Chairman’s Health On Radio- Nana B
The National Organizer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has warned against discussing the health of their National Chairman in public.
Henry Nana Boakye’s call comes on the back of a public statement by the family of Mr. Stephen Ayensu Ntim where his current health status was clearly stated.
The family of Stephen Ntim requested that he temporarily step down from all party responsibilities due to health concerns and the urgent need for rest and medical care.
In an address to the Chairman of the NPP Council of Elders, the family expressed serious concerns about Mr. Ntim’s current state of health.
They cited “cognitive dissonance and mental incapacitation” and stressed that his continued involvement in party activities infringes on his personal rights and poses a risk to his well-being.
But reacting to the news on Movement TV, Nana Boakye popularly known as Nana B was appalled by the development.
According to him he even spoke to Stephen Ntim and he isn’t aware and happy about what is being discussed about him.
“He isn’t happy about what is happening because he isn’t aware. I spoke to him”, Nana B said.
“I am not happy with what his family did. If he needs break from public service, he could do that without the statement”, he said as he stressed on the need to protect the NPP National Chairman’s health in public.
“If the National Chairman can’t work, the party has ways to function”, he pointed out.
