Dr. Samuel Afriyie has used the late Terry Bonchaka’s ‘pulele’ hit song to demonstrate the margin vice President Bawumia will beat his contenders with in the upcoming New Patriotic Party super delegates’ conference.
Speaking on the Wontumi Morning Show which was monitored by Wontumionline.com, Dr. Samuel Afriyie stated that “when the guy (Terry Bonchaka) is dancing, his leg takes the lead. That is the same way Bawumia is going to take the lead, the party has already decided on the person to vote for.”
The NPP has scheduled August 26, 2023 for its Super Delegates Conference to shortlist five out of the 10 flagbearer aspirants for the party’s presidential primary to be held on November 4, 2023.
The Presidential Elections Committee of the NPP has extended the date for the submission of proxy applications for the Special Electoral College election to Saturday August 5, at 10 am.
