Lawyer Maurice Ampaw To Expose Banks That Harass Customers Sexually
Private Legal Practicioner, Maurice Ampaw has hinted of exposing some banks that harass their customers sexually.
According to him, if the banks do not put a stop to that act, he has a tall list of the banks that engage in such acts.
Speaking on Mmra Ne Abrabo Mu Nsem programme on Sunday, Lawyer Ampaw bemoaned that, the sexual harassment in the banking sector is becoming too alarming.
The Private Legal Practicioner disclosed that, what the bank managers does is sending love messages to their customers.
He told Obaa Adwoa Nelson Aweh, host of the programme that, such acts led to the collapse of some banks some years ago.
He stressed that, if the bank managers engage in such acts with their customers it becomes difficult to arrest them if they steal money.
“Yours is to protect and give loans to customers. You are not supposed to harass your customers sexually.” He cautioned
Naming one bank that has allegedly been caught in such act is the Stanbic Bank.
He urged the CEO of the bank, Mr. Alhassan Andani to immediately hold a meeting with all the branch managers to solve the issue.
