The donation was in appreciation by the family of the enormous support exhibited by the church during the final funeral rites of the late Johnson Aboagye Asim at Abira in the Kwabre East of the Ashanti Region.

The late Johnson Aboagye Asim,71, who left behind a wife and 5 children was a Chartered Accountant and he passed to eternity on 21st September, 2020.

Speaking at the handing over ceremony at the church auditorium, Lucy Aboagye Nuamah said the donation was also in support of efforts to realize the President’s vision of making Ghana the cleanest country in Africa.

She called on the church members and Ghanaians in general to keep their surroundings clean at all times.

“Sanitation is not dirt in the gutters but keeping ourselves, surroundings and place of work very tidy at all times and educating others to do same and the media has shown the way, especially during the outbreak of the Coronavirus disease,” she added.
