Communication team member of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Obeng Daquah, says the greatest thing the party need to so is to know who will be capable of breaking the 8.
In an interview with Kwaku Dawuro, on Movement In The Morning, on Movement TV/Wontumi radio, Nana Obeng was of the view that the major thing the NPP should focus on is knowing who is worthy and has the ability to lead the party in breaking the 8 in the next election come 2024.
According to him partisans should desist of contesting with the intention of selfish gains.
”If you follow the voting you will realise that NPP doesn’t like dictatorship, and it shows clearly in regional and national elections. Most times things don’t turn out well so let’s be careful. In the interest of the party we have to check to know who is worthy and capable of breaking the 8 for us.
That is the greatest thing we need to do, but most people have made in such a way that it is their personal gains they pay attention to. That attitude in the party is not good , some of them think only about their personal benefits forgetting their credibility is at stake, so for me no one has approached me so far, so when the time is up we can make a bold decision,” he asserted.
