King Promise To Battle Burna Boy, Wizkid and Other Top Stars For MOBO Best African Music Act Award – Full Nominees List

Good news for Ghanaians as celebrated singer King Promise has been nominated for the 2021 MOBO awards and will be going head-to-head with some of the big names in African music.

King Promise bagged for himself and the country a nomination for the Best African Music Act award and he would be battling some of Africa’s best talent to win the title and plaque.

He will be facing Grammy award winning Nigerian superstars Burna Boy and Wizkid alongside Tiwa Savage, Ayra Starr, Davido, NSG Music, Rema, and Tems in his category.

The award scheme took to their official twitter page to make known this category and asked fans who they think will carry home the award on that night.

Last Year, Nigerian singer Wizkid won the Best African Act while Burna Boy was adjudged the Best International Act award.

The MOBO awards has been celebrating music of black origin since 1996, This years awards take place on the 5th of December at the Coventry building Society Arena and will be live-streamed on YouTube across other African countries.
