A Private Legal Practitioner cum politician, Nana Obiri Boahen has stated categorically that, John Mahama’s Petition to challenge the validity of the 2020 Election results collapsed when he decided not to mount the witness box, not to file witness statement and nor do power of attorney for somebody to testify for him at the Supreme Court.
