Vice President Bawumia, has warned Ghanaians not to entertain the idea of voting for the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, Mr. John Mahama during the December polls.
According to him, handing over power to Mr. Mahama would be equal to having a desire for Ghana’s economy to move in the wrong direction.
“We cannot afford to play ‘tsaskele’ with the future of this country”, he said to serve as a reminder to voters to reject the NDC.
In address to Ghanaians on a theme based on the future of Ghana’s economy, the Vice President underscored that Mr. Mahama has still not changed from his incompetent ways and would take the economy of Ghana down, should he be given the nod.
“John Mahama has not changed, why should we take that risk of handling over our country to him?” he rhetorically asked the crowd at the gathering.
He appealed to voters to vote massively to retain President Nana Akufo-Addo as President; as well as candidates vying for Parliamentarian seats on the ticket of the NPP.
