A deputy Communications Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Jennifer Oforiwaa Queen, has threatened to beat Sammy Gyamfi in an open fight if he accepts to enter the fighting arena with her.
Jennifer Oforiwaa Queen in an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show, stated that she has been monitoring the reaction of the national executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) since one of their members was arrested for inciting political violence ahead of the 2024 general elections.
She particularly singled out the National Communication Officer for the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi for issuing a statement to defend Razak Avoliya for the provocative comment.
“Is the leadership of the NDC going round secretly inciting their members ahead of the 2024 elections?”
“…Can you Sammy Gyamfi stand me in an open fight? I am a daughter of solider; can Sammy Gyamfi even stand me in an open fight?” she quizzed.
She went on to describe Razak Avoliya as person whose ears looks like “a rat looking for someone’s food to destroy”.
Razak Avoliya-a member of the NDC who was captured on video inciting political violence ahead of the 2024 general elections.
In an interview with journalist, Razak was heard encouraging the NDC not to hesitate to shed blood if it is what it will take to win power.
“As journalist, you were witnesses to a situation where people were shot and killed in the 2020 elections. So standing here today, I am to make that no NPP member can come and kill me.”
“So we are in and I will advise every true NDC member that in the 2024 elections when it becomes necessary to kill someone to win, kill them; even if it requires that you shoot someone or club them to win us power do it”, the NDC man said.
