A deputy national communications member of the New Patriotic Party, Jennifer Oforiwaa Queen has said that Ghana needs intellectual and smart people to revive an economy. She made this known during a discussion on the Movement TV morning show with Nana Oheneba Asiedu.
We can all bear witness to the impact of Covid 19 on Ghana’s economy. It is no doubt that the NPP government, under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo has put down strict measures to recover Ghana’s economy after the pandemic destroyed the economy.
“ex-President John Mahama would have resigned and left Ghanaians hanging if he was the one handling the economy is these trying moments. President Akufo has dedicated himself to run with the country in every situation”
She indicated that the NPP government has cut government expenditure and salaries to ensure the country’s economy rises on it feet again.
“NDC is always about winning elections and that is all they care about” she added.
