Increasing NPP’s Polling Station Executives Is A Strategy for Electoral Success- Nyamesem

A communications team member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nyamesem, has suggested increasing the number of polling station executives to strengthen the party’s grassroots structure.

According to Nyamesem, adding more executives to each polling station would enable the party to better mobilize its supporters and improve its overall performance.

“In the Afigya Kwabre East constituency, for example, there are currently 1,456 polling station executives, increasing this number by 10 additional executives per polling station, would effectively double the total number of executives to around 3,000. This move would significantly enhance the party’s presence and influence at the grassroots level,” he told Oheneba Nana Asiedu on Wontumi TV.

Nyamesem also emphasized the importance of filling critical positions at the polling station level. These include communication officers, who would be responsible for disseminating information and coordinating party activities; research and elections officers, who would conduct research and provide reports on the party’s performance and dynamics at the polling station level; and NASARA coordinators, who would oversee the party’s activities among Muslim communities.

By strengthening its polling station executives and filling critical positions, the NPP aims to improve its organizational capacity, increase its support base, and ultimately achieve better electoral outcomes.
