Nuts that improve cardiovascular health are the best for diabetic patients and some of them include almonds, walnuts, and pistachios. Incorporate them into your diet to lower your blood sugar.

3. Garlic

Aside from the benefits of garlic to the heart, it can also help reduce blood sugar level. Studies have shown that raw garlic might help reduce blood sugar levels, as well as reduce the risk of atherosclerosis.
