Founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, has vehemently denied allegations that he conspired with Bishop Duncan Williams and Prophet Stephen Wengam to sabotage Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia’s potential presidential bid.
Speaking on Movement TV, the same platform where the allegations were made by Dasebre Agyei Dwamena, Rev. Owusu Bempah expressed shock and disappointment at the claims, stating that he has never spoken against Vice President Bawumia on any platform and has not expressed opposition to his potential presidency.
“I have never taken any money from former President John Mahama or anyone else to sabotage Vice President Bawumia’s chances,” Rev. Owusu Bempah emphasized.
“I am a man of God, and my focus is on preaching the word of God and praying for the peace and prosperity of our nation. I do not engage in partisan politics or accept bribes to undermine anyone’s political ambitions”, He said.
He also denied holding a meeting with former President Mahama and Bishop Wengam to undermine Vice President Bawumia’s chances, describing the allegations as “false news” and “a blatant lie.”
Rev. Owusu Bempah urged radio commentators to promote peace and unity during and after the elections, as Ghana approaches the election year.
