An aspiring National Organizer, Bright Essilfie Kumi, has stated he is the only person with a solid implementation and sustainable plan for the National Organizer position.
Speaking with the host of Movement In The Morning, Oheneba Nana Asiedu, Bright disclosed that his strategies are geared towards breaking the 8.
He said, “we need to have data system for the people we present for certain positions to know their strength, their skill sets and what they can do. I have a solid implementation and sustainable plan for the party in terms of effectively executing my role’’.
‘’Government has initiated several projects that have not been properly communicated in all the various communities and Regions. It’s important we have a documentary in the various languages to propagate the good works of President Akufo-Addo so people can buy into the vision of the party’’, he said.
Adding to it Mr. Kumi stated, ‘’communicating while in power is different from communicating while in opposition. Communicators need training on effective communication. We need to establish a National training institute for all communicators to teach them how to efficiently explain policies, projects and constitution to help them sell the party to break the 8. Once they complete the program, they will be given an ID card after the training and that guarantees their access to the media houses to speak for the party’’
He went on to say that if the party is not able to make an impact through communication, Ghanaians will feel the party has failed them.
‘’We need to initiate programs that will generate funds for the constituency to take up initiatives’’, he added.
