Micheal Owusu Addo Sarkodie has shed light on why he does not involve himself in beefs although many acts try to drag him into it.
The internationally recognised African rapper has been poked at many times by different artistes in his career but hardly do you hear him reply.
One of the beefs that got him firing back was his war of words with colleague rapper M.anifest.
The beef between King Sark and M.anifest was fierce and we enjoyed every bit of it.
Two apex predators in the rap game hunting each other to mark their territory in the industry.
Another beef that nearly turned bloody was with dancehall musician Shatta Wale.
Shatta Wale dissed Sarkodie and even involved his family but the rapper didn’t utter as much as a word in response.
Later when the dancehall musician was over stepping his boundaries, King Sark put him in his place by releasing a song titled “Advise,” which became a huge diss song in Ghana.
With Stonebwoy, it was not more of a beef but Sarkodie reporting the musician for allegedly putting up a bad behavior at a rehearsal ground to one of his concerts.
Sharing his two cents about beefs in showbiz, Sarkodie opined that he does not believe in faking beefs for clout but he responds if it is genuine.
He added that he has never set out to start a fight with someone but if the person is stepping all over him, he could give in to the feud.
Watch the interview below.
This is not the first time King Sark has made this statement, he said in his song featuring Vic Mensa that people intentionally diss him so he will respond and boost their dead career but he has caught their plan and does not give them that attention.
