The majority shareholder of Hearts of Oak, Togbe Afede XIV, has expressed confidence in the club’s bright future, emphasizing that they are on the path to achieving significant milestones.
This statement was made during the handover of the newly constructed Commercial Centre to the club’s Board of Directors.
The event was attended by board members, including Vincent Sowah-Odotei and Akwasi Agyemang, who were present for the inspection and handing over ceremony.
Togbe Afede spoke about the club’s dedication to building a top-tier football squad and reassured stakeholders of promising developments ahead.
“I want to assure all of our stakeholders that this is just the beginning,” he said.
“Great things will happen for Accra Hearts of Oak,” he added.
Despite finishing 14th in the 18-team league standings in the 2023-2024 Ghana Premier League season, Hearts of Oak is gearing up for the 2024/25 season, set to commence on September 6.
The Phobians will start their campaign with a home game against the newly promoted Basake Holy Stars.
