Jackie Acheampong, also known as Gyakie recently travelled to Nigeria to promote her music career and record the remix of her soothing tune, ‘Forever’ with Omah Lay. Although she received backlash from Ghanaians for not featuring a fellow Ghanaian artiste, Gyakie remains unfazed as she continues to progress in her career.
Today, the singer took to Instagram to announce that her ‘Forever’ remix hit 1 million views on YouTube within just four days of its release. In addition to sharing the snippet of the video, she took the opportunity to thank her fans for their support.
“Thank you for 1M views in less than a week on #ForeverRemix visuals and 3M views on the original version on @YouTube Keep Streaming ? @GyakieChans ?,” Gyakie wrote.
