Ace broadcaster, Dasebre Dwamenah says Ghana’s problem from 1992 has been the National Democratic Congress (NDC), hence, a satan every well meaning Ghanaian should pray to eliminate to enhance development in the country.
Speaking in an interview with Oheneba Nana Asiedu on a special outdoor programme telecast live from Assin Asempanaye on the Movement TV/Wontumi radio channels , Dasebre Dwamenah pounced on the NDC flagbearer and former President John Mahama for criticizing the NPP government despite the massive developmental projects including those ongoing in the Assin North district.
He lamented why the NDC labels every achievement by the NPP “insignificant and of little value” and retorted that such behaviour is “devilish.”
Mr Dwamenah urged Ghanaians to consider NDC as, “the old satan we keep praying to destroy,” adding that, “NDC has never thought of initiating any social intervention project yet it has the guts to criticize what the NPP has achieved”.
“Every day I say to myself that John Mahama and the NDC have been imposed on Ghanaians by satan to destroy every good thing in the country but he has been unsuccessful due to the people’s strong religious beliefs. That’s why we are at this point”: He explained.
But the broadcaster quickly chipped in, “this is the time Assin North people need prayers to eliminate the devil (NDC) so they could enjoy what they deserve as their share of National Cake.”
He urged the NPP to use government machinery to win the Assin North seat to be able make decisions in parliament very decisive as the majority.
“If the opposition is distributing cutlasses and other items to win the seat then government should go beyond the extra mile to convince the electorate by showing them traces of real development on the ground.”
